As your personal trainer, I design your program tailored to your needs, explain how to do the exercise, and stay with you at each exercise you do. You can be on a machine, using free weights, or just using your body weight to challenge the muscles. I can also design a program for you to do on your own. You can do your exercises under my guidance at my home workout studio, at your home, or at Vitality Method Pilates Studio in Duluth where I lead people in the super slow 30 minute workout called Vitality Blast.

The leg press machine exercise is one machine used during the 30 minute Vitality Blast workout, and it works all the muscles in your lower body. This workout is offered at Vitality Method Pilates Studio in Duluth. The super slow motion method of strength training uses extremely slow movement. Each repetition takes 10 seconds to lift the weight and 5 seconds to lower.

This deep intense stimulation to the muscles speeds metabolism and increases lean muscle mass. Come prepared to work your muscles to fatigue and get the most out of each workout.

Thirty minutes once or twice a week is all you need to get results.

When you workout in my home studio, I have several options available with various affordable pricing.  You can workout with me one on one or attend the Women’s Weight class.

Your first session at Vitality Method will last about 90 minutes and will include a thorough evaluation of your health and your goals and includes your first workout. The first session cost is $80, a $40 savings! Each subsequent 30-minute workout is $40.00 per session.
